not done yet still an every day rider since my car has gone to shit so I was able to strip it and chop it all at once so I have been doing little mods here and there. Next step is to bob out the rear fender change all the lighting and possibly chop the frame.

Wow! That is a good looking 500! I am trying to do something like that on mine, but I have to ask, where did you get that seat? I was looking at www.bluecollarbobbers.com and was thinking about ordering the Vulcan 800 seat kit and modding it to fit my '01 500.

Hey thanks. I got the seat from jcwhitney. just a standard solo seat with springs. I had to have a buddy cut down the springs and weld everything on. It is possible to do just a pain in the ass lol.
